This beginners program was designed as a blue print for YOU to learn how to correctly progress quickly and safely. No need to scroll through endless YouTube videos trying to find that specific tip.. We have bundled all of our knowledge and experience into this 16 week beginners program so you can get started right away.

Every single exercise has it’s own in depth video explaining correct form, techniques and common mistakes so you know you are performing them right, leading to faster progress with way less risk of injury.. On top of that, our athletes perform every single set in the program, showing what it should look like when you’re beasting out them sets.

Who is this program for?

The Advanced program is designed to build solid superhuman strength, lean muscle mass and get you shredded with calisthenics. Access the tools, motivation, and workouts to guarantee your success in mastering impossible skills like HUMAN FLAG, TIGER-BEND PUSHUP, ONE ARM PULL-UP AND MORE!

Do I need any equipment?

To do a body-weight workout, you need to be able to pull your body-weight. Therefore, you will need access to a pull-up bar.

When will I start seeing results?

If you stick to the workout schedule and follow a healthy diet, you can start seeing changes in as little as 3 weeks. The more consistent you are, the better your results will be.

What fitness level do I need to be at?

You will need to be able to do PUSH-UPS 30+, PULL-UPS 18+ and DIPS 25+
