1 HOUR REP SESSIONS
Focusing on correct form and repetitions of the fundamental exercises and movements in calisthenics/street workout. We will work on a range of essential exercises that will give you astrong base and foundation to build the strength and control, that will allow you to perform amazing feats with your body!

Confirmation of your booking(s) and necessary forms for participation will be sent via E-mail once a payment has been received. These must be printed and presented on your first day!
Alternatively, you can drop in at session days (Please arrive 10 minutes early to complete the forms as the coaches will be busy during session times)
